What is a personalization credit? How does it work?

When I check the Account Balance, I notice that in the US-dollar credit balance I'm allowed to convert the credits into Australian-dollar credits. What is that for & how does that work? I purchased a credit in US dollars but I just realize one of my intended recipients is in Australia. What should I do?

When I check the list of personalization orders, I notice some orders have an option called Convert. What is it for?

I've paid by Paypal e-check/e-cheque for the personalization credits but the Account Balance remains unchanged even after I've refreshed the window. Why is that?

Will I be issued an invoice (or tax invoice if I pay in Australian dollars) when my payment detail are sent to Paypal?

Is it possible for me to retrieve the invoice again at a later date after a purchase?
